Please note that the boating times must be rigidly adhered to. We cannot let crews go afloat after the start of each division as
they would impede crews turning around the bottom to go back up and race.
If anyone wants to go for an outing on Thursday they must make a private arrangement with Dorney so that there is safety

On Thursday night gates will be open until 19.30 hours. If you are travelling down on Thursday and might be later than that
then please coordinate with Russel Peacock on 07881 405973 or Richard Bedingfield on 07786 284401 and they will arrange to get
you in provided you aren't too late. Don't leave trailers outside the gates, last year one got moved away from the site and it
took some time to find it so the crews missed their division.
On Friday morning gates will open at 07.30 hours.
Coaches (the wheeled variety) must not be left on site, there will be an area near the boathouse where they can drop
competitors off but they must then go off site until they come back to collect after the last race for those travelling in
them.
Please note times for divisions 2 to 5 have been put back by 15 or 30 mins to accommodate the number of crews and to give less
experienced crews time to boat. Even then for the boating to work crews must be ready on the hard by the pontoons before their
boating times, with their blades ready by the landing area.
